Schnapper's Hots Restaurant Review
Schnapper's Hots is a great little place located on Periwinkle Way to grab a hot dog or a pizza. They fresh cut their french fries and they are good! Hot dogs made to order. The hot dogs are like the old fashion butcher shop hot dogs with a natural casing and they come all the way from Buffalo, New York! You can select the "Chicago Dog..The Capone" or from five other uniquely named hot dog entrees. Their pizzas are made with fresh dough and hand tossed! They have specialty pizzas with many great combinations or you can select what you would like on your own pizza.
If you are a fish lover you can order the fresh Grouper sandwich or a grouper basket. They have a great selections of BBQ Wings, traditional Buffalo Wings (served Naked, Medium, Hot or Fire in the Hole!!!) and Chargrilled Sausages. You can also call ahead and they will have your pick-up order ready and waiting for you! They have dessert, you can order homemade ice cream, a hot fudge sundae, a root beer float or have a delicious milk shake.
Schnapper's Hots opened in June, 1998 and was named after a Buffalo, New York legendary character known as "The Schnapper", who happened to be the owners brother-in-law. He was a fun-loving guy, so in his memory this is what Schnapper's Hots strives to be for all who visit. Schnapper's is located on the right side of the road as you come from the causeway.
