Sanibel Grill Restaurant Review
A true Sports Bar on the island. It has ample seating, 12 TV’s and serves a typical bar menu with a couple seafood twists. A large bar area. There is plenty of seating for large groups at this restaurant.
The menu is large and has a great selection. We have always had a good meal here. The spinach dip is a good choice for a starter appetizer. The white pizza is one of my favorites. The drinks are large and the service was very good.
Fred chose the hot wings with french fries. He really enjoyed his meal. We like the Sanibel Grill because it is like being at a regular restaurant, not a high priced entree eatery. It sort of brings you back to reality and decent pricing for food. Fred loves the large glasses for our drinks. We have always sat in the bar area and played the trivia game that was showing on the monitors.
The Sanibel Grill is located on Tarpon Bay Road as you drive towards San-Cap Road. It is located in a raised shopping plaza that has undercover parking. There is also additional parking outside. You will walk up one flight of stairs to reach the retail shops and restaurants. The Timbers restaurant is also located here. Good signage at the road. This area has a lot of trees so the white building isn't completely visible. Prices are reasonable and the food was good. Located at 703 Tarpon Bay Road. Phone: 472-4453.
