Gasparilla's Grill Restaurant Review

This seafood restaurant is located at the corner of Periwinkle Way and Tarpon Bay Road in Bailey's Center. It is a casual seafood restaurant with a large menu. Entrees consist of seafood, fresh catches, steaks, pizzas and pasta dishes ranging in price from $11.00 to $25.00.

Peanuts at Gasparilla's Grill Restaurant on Sanibel Island

Gasparilla's serves boiled peanuts instead of bread as you wait for your main entree. My husband liked the boiled peanuts but I did not. I found that idea a little odd (being that I like bread), and especially with so many people today having peanut allergies.

They offer early bird specials from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. There is a large menu for children (or Pirates in Training!) with a little something for everyone. Kids get a free scoop of Queenies homemade ice cream! You can't beat that!

Dessert at Gasparilla's Grill on Sanibel Island

Very large bar area. There is a happy hour from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. They have billiards for your enjoyment. A new section of the restaurant is under way called the "Aqua Cantina" which will have a Mexican flair.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Dinner hours are 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. It is a kid friendly restaurant. This restaurant used to be the Seafood Factory. Located at 2499 Periwinkle Way in Bailey's Center. Phone: 239-472-2323.
